Refund & Returns
I hope that you are really delighted with your purchase, however I understand that there might be times you want to return something. If you are not completely satisfied please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know what the problem is.
Before you make a purchase please ensure you are clear about the details of a product. If in doubt about anything then please contact me for clarification.
I personally check the quality of every item before despatch but if my ‘hawk eyes’ have missed something and the item is defective I will gladly either refund or replace the item. Please notify me as soon as possible upon receipt of delivery.
A return must be sent to me within 14 days of purchase, in original wrapping where applicable and unused. I can only refund delivery costs where an item is faulty or an error has been made on my part. I recommend you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of posting as I can not be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to me.
If you are returning an item and you wish to exchange it then a postage charge will be applicable unless the item was faulty. If there is a price difference you will need to contact me in order to pay the difference or for me to refund this to you.
Personalised or bespoke items
If I have personalised a product for you or made a bespoke item I am unable to offer refunds if the product is not to your liking or you have changed your mind. If you have made an error I cannot re-work the item or re-use it and therefore cannot offer a refund or credit.
From time to time I would like to contact you about new products or special offers. By agreeing to my terms and conditions it means you are happy about this. However I perfectly understand if you would prefer not to hear from me (and I won’t take offence) so just email me separately and I’ll remove your name from my contact list.
